My name is Eva and Permanent Cosmetics UK is my business. I am 34, originally from Latvia and I am a mother of 2 daughters. I’ve been in the beauty industry for just over 10 years now. I am a salon owner(MOOI Beauty& Aesthetics in Peterborough). I started by training in eyelash extensions and later on I trained in lash lift and tint which to this day is a very popular treatment here at Permanent Cosmetics UK. a few years later I slowly progressed to training in brow waxing and various brow treatments like henna brows, signature brows(known as HD brows), brow lamination. My passion for brows took me down the path of permanent make up. I trained in microblading in 2018 and from there progressed to more advanced permanent make up method and trained in machine brows, better known as powder brows or ombre brows. I am also trained in lip blushing procedure and lash enhancement and eyeliner procedures. And not to forget the little details like freckles and beauty spots.
I absolutely love permanent make up, it’s my passion. But wanting to always evolve and learn new exciting things, I took my curiosity to the next level and in 2022 trained in aesthetics. I offer lip filler and anti wrinkle injections, also offering Secenty Hyal skin boosters and Lemon Bottle fat dissolving.

Permanent Cosmetics UK is fully trained, insured and Peterborough City Council inspected and licensed business so you can be assured you’re in safe hands and premises.

I have always strived for quality and not quantity. I take my time to perfect my techniques, always training further, taking masterclasses and advancing my skills and knowledge. I only train with the best academies and use the best products. Here at Permanent Cosmetics UK most of our products are vegan and biodegradable where possible, even to the smallest detail like spoolie brushes and micro brushes. Single use plastic is used minimal and only where necessary for hygiene purposes. 

I think the most important thing to have in such fast growing industry is passion and dedication and being able to understand people, their needs and concerns. Every treatment here at Permanent Cosmetics UK is tailored individually to our clients specific needs and wants. Each treatment begins with a thorough consultation, we assess the best treatment options and techniques and you can be rest assured your treatment will be carried out with precision and attention to every detail.
