Hi! Thanks for visiting our website! My name is Eva, and I am the proud owner of Permanent Cosmetics UK. I’m 36, originally from Latvia and I am also a dedicated mother to two daughters. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, I have successfully established my salon, MOOI Beauty & Aesthetics in Peterborough. I began my journey with eyelash extensions and later expanded my skills to include lash lift and tint, which remains a popular treatment at Permanent Cosmetics UK. As I progressed in my career, I trained in brow waxing and various brow treatments, including henna brows, signature brows (commonly known as HD brows), and brow lamination. My passion for brows ultimately led me to explore permanent make-up, and I completed my microblading training in 2018. Since then, I have advanced to machine brows, also referred to as powder brows or ombre brows. Additionally, I offer lip blushing procedures, lash enhancement, and eyeliner services, along with the little details like freckles and beauty spots.

I absolutely love permanent make-up; it’s my true passion. In my quest for continual growth, I took my curiosity to the next level by training in aesthetics in 2022. Now, I provide lip filler, lip boosters and anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters like Seventy Hyal, Profhilo and polynucleotides and Lemon Bottle fat dissolving treatments, also vitamin injections.

Skin has become my favourite thing to discuss about. I think with ageing being a factor, I have developed love for skin treatments and can offer them to my client base with an advice on how to look after your skin. I offer microneedling, radio frequency microneedling, chemical peels and HIFU skin tightening. Everything to make your skin look and feel the best with tightening effect for that perfect harmony and balance.

Quality over quantity has always been my motto. I dedicate my time to perfecting my techniques, continually advancing my skills through masterclasses and training with top academies. We use the best products at Permanent Cosmetics UK, with most being vegan and biodegradable whenever possible, even down to details like spoolie brushes and micro brushes. We minimize single-use plastic, using it only where necessary for hygiene purposes.
